Usher, Bieber’s mentor, is reportedly devastated over the condition of his stepson, Kile, who was critically injured when he was struck by a jet ski in Georgia on Friday. A family friend, Jeffrey S. Hubbard of Atlanta, is reportedly under investigation for his involvement in the tragic accident.
